Do your Web Services know when to REST?

The MedBiquitous Technical Steering Committee has released new guidelines regarding two approaches to Web services design. Knowing When to REST: Simple Object Access Protocol vs. Representational State Transfer identifies when it is appropriate to use each approach to Web services.
